William Stauffer
(1879 - La Chaux-de-Fonds 1954)

Swiss artist Henri-William Stauffer was a painter and professor of art at the Ecole des Beaux-arts (School of Fine Art) in La Chaux de Fonds, Canton of Neuchatel.

Kneeling Nude

Oil on Board

12 X 15 inches

SOLD

Note on Condition: There is a small hole in the center top of the painting where string was used to hanging it from the wall. Our guess is that this was done in the artist's studio and these were studies he was using for a larger work.
