Handcarved Antique Swiss Yokes

 

These beautiful handmade yokes date to the late 19th or early 20th Century

Two carry the initials of the farmer (CIB / BVM)

The middle yoke shown here is partially covered in leather.

 

The bottom two are double box ox or oxen yokes, to be drawn by a pair of oxen or cattle.
